Hi guys!! Em and Brit here!
Yes this story is officially over! We didn't have any more ideas and we didn't want this story to drag on because of how much we liked it and how much we adore our characters. We've tried starting a few new stories and we both find ourselves writing as if we were still Kai and Kalani! They'll always be apart of us! <3
We may or may not be considering another revamp on this story. This is the first time we've ever completed a whole story so a few edits might be made to this here and there BUT nothing major will change! As for a sequel....
YES WE ARE WORKING ON THE SEQUEL.
We have lots of ideas and the story has already been started! We want to wait to post the first chapter until we have a solid foundation. Right now we have a few chapters but we want it perfect!
We just wanted to say thank you so much to the few readers who have LITERALLY followed us since the beginning and pushed us to continue writing this!
If we are being totally honest, we started this story over a year ago and it never went any where... and then randomly over the winter we COMPLETELY redid it and decided to share it with you all and we are so glad we did :)
In the original draft there may or may not have been a shark attack... okay there was and it was corny BUT that's all in the past!
