Chapter Five : Next Morning At School

Vanessa's POV

I arrived at school early.

I always come early to talk to my friends.

I went to my locker and saw Lisa standing there with one of our other friends Maya.

"Hey Lisa, hey Maya" I said while opening my locker.

"Hey" They both said at the same time.

"So what's up?" I said.

"Nothing much really, what did you do after school yesterday?" Maya asked.

"Yeah, I heard you were with Josh" Lisa said with a smirk.

Oh god.

Does she already know about Josh and I.

You do something one day and the whole school finds out about it the next.

"Uh we just hung out" I said even though it wasn't the truth.

Oh no we did a lot more than hanging out.

But I don't think I'll tell them about Josh and I just yet.

"You and Josh are so boring all you ever do is hang out, damn it, you should totally hook up with him, I heard he's really good in bed, he does have a really nice body" Maya said while winking.

Oh god.

How am I going to get myself out of this.

Suddenly I feel a pair of arms around my waist.

"Hey babe" Josh whispered in my neck.

Whoa.

His whisper just gave me the shivers.

I smiled and turned around to face him.

He has his bangs down today.

He looks super cute with them so I love it.

I looked into his eyes.

Those big brown eyes.

We both stared into each other's eyes.

"Are they having a moment" Maya whispered.

I giggled.

Josh smiled in return.

Then he brought his lips to mine.

I quickly kissed him back.

It started to get more intense.

I felt his tongue in my mouth.

He held me in his arms.

I heard both Lisa and Maya gasp.

"What the fuck is going on here!" Lisa yelled.

Josh broke the kiss.

I wish he hadn't though.

I turned to face Lisa and Maya.

They both looked at us puzzled.

"What really happened after school obviously you both didn't just hang out" Maya said.

I smiled.

"It's a really long story but we somehow ended up confessing that we liked each other and we kissed and now she's more than a best friend to me" Josh said while hugging me tightly.

His voice is really deep today.

Way deeper than usual.
