Nightmares

<~Chapter 3~>

I had woken up and I was not in the airplane any more that's for sure. I slowly got up and I was on the couch, in a hotel room

Where was dad?

"No how is that even possible for them to get custody of her, she's my daughter!"

"Justin I have no say in this, they are her parents, they have the legal right to meet her, and could fight for the custody of her"

"They aren't getting her! There is no way in she's my daughter"

"I know I know but just meet them, she has to face them at some point, she has to meet them Justin I'm sorry, I know this is kinda hard for you and for her, I'm sorry, just do it for her"

"Yeah I guess your right"

"Yeah and Justin?"

"Yeah"

"She's going to need you, she's going to need you to have her back, even if she is living with you or not, she needs to know you're there"

"Yeah I'm going to need her too" they said their goodbyes

I could hear his footsteps coming into the room and I laid back down

He sat down on the edge of the couch. I peaked open my eyes, "you know i need you more that you need me"

"You really think so? Ready to start this adventure"

"No"

"Hey don't worry about anything, just go in there and be yourself, and it's not till tonight let's go surprise some kids at the hospital"

He took us down the where a car was waiting for us and they drove us to the hospital. I was excited to make these little kids day, or probably like their year.

They showed us up the first room, "both of these girls are big fans of you" the nurse said pointing at me

Dad peaked open the door and the girls looked his way and big smiles formed on their faces and that's when I step out from behind him and they both put their hands over their mouths.

"Hi" I waved to them I came over and gave them of them a hug.

They gave me a chair to sit on next to both of them and got pictures taken with both and then just one of them each.

"I made a bracelet for you, I have one and so does lily" the girl Madison handed me a bracelet that looked like she made it with my name in beads on it.

"Thank you so much that's so cool, I'm going to wear it today, it goes with my outfit" they both smiled as I got the bracelet on my wrist

"They really like your song scars to your beautiful"

"I like her other one too mommy" lily chimed in

"Do you want me to sing for you?" They both nodded their heads

Dad sat down next to me and started strumming the guitar they had given us to use

"She just wants to be beautiful, she goes unnoticed, she knows no limits" I grabbed both of their hands and sang the next line

"She craves attention, she praises an image, she prays to be sculpted by the sculptor"

"Oh she don't see the light that shinning, deeper than the eyes can find it, maybe we have made her blind"

"So she tries to cover up the pain, and cut her woes away, cause cover girls don't cry after their face is made"

"But there's a hope that's waiting for you in the dark, you should know you're beautiful just the way you are"

"And you don't have the change a thing, the world could change its heart, no scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful"

I gave them both more hugs and more pictures were taken before me and dad had to leave for the most dreaded part of my day

@britimberlake- got to meet with these two amazing girls today! You both are the sweetest girls I have ever met, and make awesome friendship bracelets! You guys are so strong for all the things you have had to go through in your life, keep fighting hard, you will beat cancer! You both have become my friends I love you!!💕😘❤️

"I love you both, bye lily, bye Madison" I waved to both of them as they led dad and I back out to the car

They took us back to the hotel so we could change before we headed back over to my actual parents house

Dad parked outside of the house, he looked over at me. "Whatever happens we will get through it"

I nodded and we both got out of the car. We walked slowly up to the door. Dad patted my shoulder before ringing the doorbell

It seemed like forever till the door opened, a middle aged women opened the door and a man stood behind her.

This is going to be one long night.
