"Please? Just this one." I pleaded Jace when we went out for a sibling date.

"But you have tons of that kinds of stuff. Why need a new one?" Jace argued, uncertain whether he's going to buy the cute black stuffed cat with big sparkling eyes I've been pestering him about or not.

"Because it's so cute."

Oh, I'm so childish.

"What's cute about it?" He looked at it with so much confusion in his face. Oh, boys don't know anything at all.

"Look at his eyes, Jace! It's so cute. I already in love with Mr. Boo! Please? He's so fluffy, I'm gonna die!" I said looking down the stuffed cat and squished it against my arms. My teeth were gritting from the overwhelming cuteness I see in it.

And there I was! Quoting Despicable Me's Agnes' cute comment on the unicorn she wanted.

"Oh my, Lord! She already named it." Jace looked up with both eyes closed like he was praying.

"Why not? It suits him. So please can we buy him?"

"We buy him? Much more like I buy him." He corrected me, "Why can't you just let your boyfriend buy it for you?" He added.

"I don't have a boyfriend! And you know what these stuffs do. I mean the reasons behind why you buy it for me, right?"

"Yeah! I know! I know! It's just that you already have lots of them, Jenna Dane." He sighed.

"This please?" I extended my hand acting such a baby. He's going to buy it now. In 5, 4, 3 —

"Isn't Matthew your boyfriend? He looks like a keeper." He scanned for more stuffed toys.

"No and yes. No, he's my best friend and yes, he is a keeper." I pointed out.

"Oh then is it Dylan?"

"Duh? Why'd you think that? You know I won't date a player like him." I snorted.

"Well, he doesn't seem like one though." He shrugged.

"Huh! Too bad. You don't see it." I shook my head. Okay, I'm going to count again. In 5, 4, 3, 2 —

"Then maybe Christian! The guy likes you a lot! Have you accepted his feelings for you?" He was still busy looking for something.

I surrender. I won't count again.

"Look, can we just not talk about boys? And why'd you keep on looking for other stuffs? I already want this!" I extended my arms and jiggled Mr. Boo to his face but he just ignored me.

"Hang on, are you..." I moved my right index finger in circular motion beside my cheek pointing towards him and squinted, "I mean do you have girlfriend? Don't you dare lie to me!"

"No. I. Do. Not. Have. A. Girlfriend." He poked the tip of my index finger with the his over and over.

I pouted.

"But soon." He smirked like a total badass.

"Really?" I squealed as my eyes sparkled gaining attention to other customers at the toy store, "Sorry." I muttered.

He didn't have a girlfriend since he went to college. He said that he would rather focus on study than have a girlfriend.

"I like this." He pulled a cute little pink bunny stuffed animal.
