You threw a hand over your eyes as a horribly late reaction, with giggles coming from behind your arm.
"Sorry, did I scare you?"
You pulled your arm away and looked straight up at Mahiru, her red hair moving gracefully as the wind blew it.
You picked up the lilac flower and stood up.
"Actually, you did. You almost blinded me as well."
Slowly, you reached over to Mahiru's head and tucked the flower carefully in her hair.
Pulling back, you gave her a giant smile.
"It looks good on you."
A blush made its way onto Mahiru's face as she clutched her camera closer to her chest.
*click*
You smiled as Mahiru stared at you wide eyed.
"What did you just take a picture of? We're supposed to take pictures of beautiful things for our class, so don't waste any camera space."
You turned the camera around to show her the picture you just took of her.
"I'm not."
