My grandfather used to say,
A great workout is easy,
There is no need of supplements,
Yet you get a good toned body.
Yet supermarkets tell me,
Buy this supplement, buy that supplement,
Nitric oxide works best,
One might take also lean muscle formulae.
Weeks have passed,
I still dare not try those things,
Yet people will tell me amusingly,
"You're obese because you don't take things!"
I say to myself,
Taking things or not is my choice,
Happy or not is your choice,
Am I still myself after taking all those supplements,
And can you still say,
"You're a cute, huge mothball"?
