Look, There Is Something in Front

I took the stairs,

I was about to go home,

I had got souvenirs and snacks,

I was not even sure of eating some,

When I reached home.

The car looked very pleasing to me,

Maybe I had taken a very satisfying meal;

Never too full, but full of goodness,

I was sure that I was going to reach home,

All those annual dreams and projections were so real,

As they indeed were.

My children were chattering away happily,

Somewhat behind me where I could not reach,

Since being so tired I could not reprimand them,

For being so noisy that I could not concentrate.

I remembered someone saying,

I was useless beyond hope,

I took the word too much in heart,

And on a foolhardy trail were I bringing the whole family.

I suddenly sped home,

Since I needed to rise early for the meeting tomorrow;

I could not afford to lose,

Since everything was so well-planned,

That I wouldn't want to think, so called, narrowly.

"Look, there is something in front!" said the girl,

There suddenly came the unknowing cow,

Out of nowhere and I had nowhere to escape;

There came the full sorrow,

That accompanied me to this day.

Alas my friend!

For nothing beats your health and family,

Be sure that you are not speeding,

Or else even fictitious poetry,

After an fateful accident,

Could not move you an inch.
