•Chapter 31: When Josh Found Out•

When you heard Josh walk into the house, you nearly panicked.

You hurried out of the bathroom, closing the door behind you. You made your way into the living room where Josh was.

"Hey." Josh smiled, pulling you into a hug. "Hey." You smiled back, hugging Josh. "How's my favorite girl doing?" He asked, kissing the top of your head gently.

"Not bad... I actually have a surprise for you." You admitted, your voice a little shaky. Josh seemed to notice a little, but he didn't say anything about it.

"Oookay. And what would that be?" He asked, pulling back from the hug.

"Close your eyes and hold out your hand." You grinned. "I don't like the look you're giving be, but I'll do it." Josh laughed, closing his eyes and holding out his hand like you asked.

You took a deep breath, preparing yourself.

You gently grabbed Josh's hand, and brought it towards you. You placed Josh's hand into your stomach gently, placing your own on top of his.

You glanced down, seeing the wedding rings you and Josh wore overlapping.

When you looked up at Josh, he began opening his eyes.

"Your stomach is my surprise?" Josh laughed. "If you're making me feel your stomach growl again-" "No no, it's not that." You laughed.

"Theeen what is it?" Josh asked, obviously confused.

You felt a little shaky, and you took a deep breath in.

"I'm pregnant Josh."

When the words came out of your mouth, Josh's face went from confused to a deer in the headlights look.

"You.... What?" Josh asked, a small smile coming across his face. This made you feel a little better.

"I'm pregnant." You grinned, rubbing your thumb across Josh's hand.

"You're pregnant? Really?" Josh asked, a huge smile taking over his face. You nodded in response.

"Oh my god..." Josh pulled you into a hug. "That's awesome..." He seemed almost in disbelief.

Josh eventually pulled back from the hug, and looked down at your stomach. He gently placed his hand on your stomach, staring at it for a moment.

"So... Our baby is in there?" Josh asked, not looking up. "Yea... I still can't believe it." You admitted.

"Neither can I..." Josh looked up at you with a chuckle.

You two stood there for a second, smiling at each other.

"When did you find out?" Josh asked curiously, pulling you back into a hug. "About two minutes before you walked through the door." You admitted with a chuckle.

Josh shook his head, laughing a little at your response. "So I take it that I the only other person who knows?" Josh asked, causing you to nod in response.

"I need to tell Tyle-" "I have a plan for that." You interrupted Josh with a grin.

"I'm gonna surprise the shit out of him."
