Finally Found You (Josh Dun x Reader)

•Chapter 15: Don't Leave•

[4K? Really? Oh my god >_> thank you guys so much! That's awesome!!!]

The couple of days that you were able to stay with the boys was finally up. And you were sad to have to leave.

Josh insisted on taking you on a date since it was your last day, and you felt bad refusing. You wanted to spend as much time with Josh as possible before you left.

"So am I allowed to know where we're going this time?" You asked.

Rather than riding in a car, you decided just to walk. This also meant you and Josh were able to hold hands.

"Weeelll I guess I can tell you." Josh sighed dramatically. "There's a small diner a couple blocks down. Tyler and I went there for lunch the other day. They have some pretty good food. Nothing like your excellent cookin'" Josh said, dropping the 'g' on cooking as he stuck his tongue out at you.

"Aw how nice." You laughed.

Both you and Josh finally made it to the diner, and you were almost done with your meals. "What would you say if I didn't want you to leave?" Josh asked, staring at his food as he got more of it into his fork. "Well, I would say that I don't want to leave you." You replied, looking up at him.

"Weelll what would you say if I said you could stay?" Josh asked, looking up at you to see your expression. "What?" You asked, confused. "What if I said you could stay?" Josh repeated, and he sounded more confident in the question this time. "Stay? What do you mean stay?" You asked.

"I mean that I want you to stay. On tour." Josh finally explained himself, and your eyes widened. "Stay on tour with you guys? Josh are you serious?" You asked. You would absolutely love to stay with him. Not a bit of you doubted the fact that you wanted to be there. But you weren't exactly sure how things would work out with you there.

"Hell yea I'm serious. You can sleep with me and share a bed, so that's covered. And you brought a few pairs of pants since you always overpack." Josh chuckled. "And I brought more shirts than I needed, so you can just wear some of those!" He explained all of this to you as if he had been planning it the moment he saw you.

"I would love to! But is it really okay that I stay with you guys?" You asked. You didn't want to burst into the trip with the guys or anything. This was kind of like their friend vacation in a sense. "Of course it'll be alright! I'll talk to our manager and see if we can set something up!" Josh said, obviously excited that this would be happening. "Well, alright! Sounds like a plan to me." You smiled back at him, and could help but chuckle at his excitement. Even if you were just as excited yourself.

Josh was able to talk to the manager about you staying on tour...

And it was official. You were going to be with him every step of the way.

"Josh this is awesome!" You hugged him excitedly when he told you the news. "I know! I'm super excited!" He hugged you back tightly. "I'm finally gonna have my girl back with me, huh?" Josh smiled, and planted a kiss on the top of your head.

"I'm gonna get to all of your concerts... And I'll get to cheer you on!" You grinned, and looked up at him as your eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. "I'm pumped!" You added, and stood onto your tiptoes to give Josh a peck on the cheek.

Before your lips reached his cheek, he turned his head and kissed you right on the lips.

"Well you're bein' kinda sneaky." You said in a 'matter of fact' tone. "Well that's just too bad now huh." "I didn't say it was a bad thing." You retorted.

"I'm glad it's not a bad thing. Kissing you is kinda fun." Josh smiled down at you. "And kissing you is kinda fun too." You said, and kissed him again.

While you and Josh were kissing, Tyler opened the door to the tour bus, and saw you guys kissing.

"WHOA WHOA, WE HAVE SOME PDA UP IN HERE." Tyler leaned out of the door of the tour bus and yelled.

You and Josh had pulled away from the kiss the second the door began to open, and both of you were blushing messes.

Josh's eyes widened as Tyler yelled. "Oh my god." Josh's face turned even more red as he hurried over, pulling Tyler inside the bus and quickly closing the door. As soon as the door closed, the boys looked at each other for a minute before busting out into a laugh. "That was just mean." Josh laughed. "Gettin all kissy smoochy on the bus. Pfft." Tyler teased.

"And suddenly that's a crime now?" You asked jokingly, walking over to the boys. "Absolutely. A felony! I should call the police." Tyler retorted. "Hey hey, she can't get the police called on her. She has to stay with me! I'd miss her too much." Josh commented. "And who said I wasn't calling the police on you?" Tyler pointed his finger at Josh, trying not to laugh.

"You guys are both dorks oh my god." You laughed, not being able to hold it back. The boys started laughing too, giving in. "Tyler's the kissing police now, watch out!" Josh said dramatically. "Yea! What he said!" Tyler said in agreement, as if this was a strike.

"Fiiine." You sighed and threw your hands into the air like you were giving up. "These next few months will definitely be interesting." You laughed, thinking of how much you would all pick on each other.

It was finally time for bed, and you were thankful to get some sleep. As you snuggled into bed with Josh, you thought about everything that had happened within the past couple days.

Firstly, you got your first kiss. And secondly, you were going on tour with your two best friends, one of them being your boyfriend.

"Josh?" You whispered, not sure if he had already fallen asleep or not. "Yea?" He replied in a whisper, meaning he was awake. "Thanks for all of this. This is awesome." You said, closing your eyes. "Well I wouldn't want you expecting any less of me, right? I want you to be happy." Josh explained.

"Thank you. I want you to be happy too." You replied, snuggling in a little closer to him. "Then this is right where I need to be." He said, obviously smiling.

"Good night (Y/N)." "Night Josh."
