You and Cas go to the hospital and go to dean's room. He was still hooked up and looked exhausted. He had bags under his eyes from his lack of sleep.

Dean sits up and watches you leave.

You then leave the room, Cas and Dean were there and Dean was pissed.
Dean: you put that idea in her head didn't you?! Cas: it was her idea dean! She wasn't going to abort the baby! She was gonna give the baby a good life that he or she deserves! Dean: I thought we were friends Cas and you take my girl? Cas: we stopped being friends in middle school Dean after you decided to be friends with Crowley and my evil brothers Uriel, Raphael and Lucifer!
Cas then leaves and Dean was right, Dean and Cas were best friends until Dean left Cas and stopped hanging out with him.

Dean's POV: y/n pregnant? She's carrying my child. She's gonna give the baby up? I need to talk to her, I want to go on a date with her. A proper date but she hates me and I don't blame her. Maybe if I show her the letter she wrote to me when I was in the hospital when I was a kid. Maybe she'll remember the sketch she did for me.
