Those words felt like knives stabbing into John and Sam's chests. They both nod their heads and they leave the hospital.
Dean's POV: I have no family. My family betrayed me. My only family is my mom but she's gone. I'm all alone. I will never forgive John, Sam, Cas or y/n. Never. Never in a million years.
