                           Alone in a crowd

Alone in a crowd, (they all talk so loud). My comparitavely minituare voice is not makeing me proud. They're all my friends but I'm grasping a loose ends to figure out how to make my words and thoughts make sence.

I try now and then, they laugh and I pretend that I'm just another one of their friends. But I'm different and I know that we're all different and it shows, though quite often we try to disguise it by wearing the same clothes.

We look like carbon copys and we laugh cause it's funny, at the begger by the corner on his knees begging for money. It's not really funny and none of us thinks so, but we all see him then one of us laughs so, you know.

I am not a perfect copy of the citizens of this world, we're all differet and we're all special, at least, that's what we've been told. I refuse to be one of you, i'de rather be an outcast. So I'll pray to God above that he gives me strength to outlast.

I will not be one of you, I will live life all I can. I will voice my opinion and that's part of what makes me a man. The stones must be crying out cause your all so indisposed, I wash my hands of you world, continue walking in rows.
