So I have been on Wattpad for a few years now. I'm on it almost everyday, it's like a drug to me. However, ever since I joined, I have seen the ups and downs of the fanfics and their specific fandoms/series, and Wattpad in general.
So what did I do...
Why does the third season of an awful anime adaptation always turn out to be really amazing? No, really, I wanna know. First there was Black Butler with the adaptation of the Noah's Circus Arc, and now, here we are with SM Crystal's adaptation of the Death Busters arc...done correctly.
Real talk though, after two seasons of mediocrity in both character development and animation, the Infinity arc of the manga getting adapted might have been the best thing for Crystal. I'm actually shocked that this season turned out to be better than what we got before.
I should point out that season three has been taken over by a woman and I guess it really shows. The CGI transformation sequences are gone, replaced with complete hand drawn animation. The overall look of the season is very easy on my eyes with the color palette and everything. In fact, animation wise, it feels and looks like the 90s anime.
I mean, look at the improvement!!
