Fanfic Rants And The Rest of Wattpad ↠↠ completed

Half Readers

This pisses me off to the fullest and the reason for that is because its been happening to me far more that it should.

Like, if you are going to read a story, please for the love of God, READ THE ENTIRE WAY THROUGH

Don't just skim through something and then comment about something not making sense. Because half the time, you probably didn't read through the entire thing from start to finish with a grain of salt.

Like for example, for one of my one shots on fanfiction.net, I specifically stated that one of my one shots (The Burritos of Shame, its a chapter in Mysterious Fates One Shots book) was BASED OFF THE FANFIC, MYSTERIOUS FATES. Meaning, I used characters from that fanfic. Namely Meena and Mizu.

Quite literally, I got a comment saying that Meena calling Natsu dad but calling Lucy by her name was confusing, Asuka Connell was supposed to be younger than Meena, Mizu wasn't supposed to exist, ect. ect. She didn't hate on the story, which was good, and she did like the story but it just showed how incredibly lazy people are when they read my writing. Like, yeah, you have other things in your life. But when you pay attention and don't skim through someone else's writing, it just straight up pisses me off.

LIKE WHAT IS THE FUCKING POINT OF AN AUTHOR'S NOTE

Because its now like: "Come on, now you're just revealing that you didn't even read the story properly, like I also said that the one shot was supposed to take place AFTER THE BLOODY SERIES ENDS. Also, the fact that you did not see that I mentioned that Meena was actually Natsu's goddaughter seconds into the chapter just further reveals that you a) did not read it properly or b) you haven't read Mysterious Fates."

THE WATTPAD CRITICS WHO READ THIS BOOK ARE BETTER AT IT THAN YOU ARE

Seriously, if you chose my story out of the millions that are out there to read on this goddamn site, at least show me that you were paying attention to the details. I don't want to treat my readers like two year olds so please don't write comments that suggest that.

I have had that happen in this book as well, believe it or not. Basically, someone commented on my One Direction rant saying that it was outdated and contradicted itself. Outdated, maybe. I wrote this in February for crying out loud. But contradictory?! I- NO.

You know what I have to say to that? READ MY ZAYN MALIK RANT. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO COMMENT ON WHY YOU FOUND MY ONE DIRECTION RANT SHIT, THEN YOU WOULD ALSO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO READ THE ONE WHERE I SPECIFICALLY TALKED ABOUT HOW THE WORLD WENT MAD WHEN HE LEFT THE BAND.

God some people are lazy as hell. I'm sorry if I sounded a little mean and like a hypocrite in this rant, but again, I've had this happen to me more often than others AND I AM SICK OF IT.

*sighs* I really needed to get that out. This particular topic has been literally bugging me for months.

I think I'll do Puella Magi Madoka Magica since I finished the third movie and I really can't put off this rant for much longer. AHAHHAHAHAHAHA
