So I have been on Wattpad for a few years now. I'm on it almost everyday, it's like a drug to me. However, ever since I joined, I have seen the ups and downs of the fanfics and their specific fandoms/series, and Wattpad in general.
So what did I do...
YES, WE ALL KNOW WHO REALLY WON. LEONARDO DICAPRIO HAS WON A FREAKING OSCAR. AFTER 5 (or 8? IDK) FREAKING NOMINATIONS. But we'll talk about that, plus that GIF, in a minute.
And can we talk about Chris Rock as a host? Dude, I never thought that he'd be able to pull that amount of jokes on today's PC television. I have no complaints but wow man.

JOHN WILLIAMS' 50TH NOMINATION FOR BEST ORIGINAL SCORE (For Star Wars: The Force Awakens) AND HE DIDN'T WIN?! Oh well. I loved the winner's speech. It was really sweet.
And speaking of Star Wars:

And then the minions appeared to introduce the nominees and winner for "Best Animated Short Film". To be fair, their part was kind of hilarious. Even if I think that they are overrated.

Then Buzz and Woody appeared to present the "Best Animated Feature Film" award. I think it was appropriate seeing as Inside Out won. I died during their exchange tho-

And then PRIYANKA MOTHEREFFING CHOPRA AT THE OSCARS. I may not like her but come on, whether you like her or not, you get excited somewhat. Plus, I loved her dress. I would add a picture of her here in that dress but right now Wattpad hates me.
The tributes. When Alan Rickman, Christopher Lee, and David Bowie appeared, my heart died. End of story.
AND LEONARDO DiCAPRIO WON AN OSCAR. Surprisingly enough, he wasn't that emotional considering the roles that he did to get one ahahaha. But he was humble enough :D. At least the "Leo never won an Oscar" memes can all die now.

And those are my thoughts on the Oscar's....so far. For the most part it was well put together and I definitely enjoyed some parts of it more than others.
