5/18/20 hi. quick note. i started writing this book when i was in 7th grade. i only had very close minded views on mental health and other issues in this book. i was in no way educated enough to write this. it is definitely not accurate. it is honestly terrible. read at your own risk. also, there is a trigger warning. this book mentions self-harm, suicide, and death.
7/22/20 again, i would like to say that you should not believe everything written in this book as fact. i was very uneducated and ignorant about the mental health issues addressed in this book and i was in no way qualified enough to write about them. i would like to say that you shouldn't rely solely on a test online to determine if you have mental health issues, as the most reliable way to determine if you do is through a diagnosis by a medical professional. however, i acknowledge that not everyone has the ability to see a professional. you know yourself the best, but please be sure to not self-diagnose yourself with something because it may be seen as "trendy". i want to apologize to anyone who has read or will read this book who feels offended by any of the contents.

Honestly this book is so terrible. I wrote a majority of the chapters when I was in 7th grade and I didn't really have a plan for this, so I just randomly wrote every chapter without any idea about how it was going to end.
Feel free to still read it though, I don't really care.

By the way, Olivia's emotions change a lot between the different chapters, but that's just because she's bipolar.
