Your P.O.V
You work in a music store called Music notes factory, you love working there, from the Instruments, to the CDs that you sell, and let's not forget the customers. They all love you, you're great with people.
"Hello, I'm looking for a guitar." You heard an Irish voice speak up.
"Oh, okay. What kind are you looking for?" You asked, walking from behind the counter.
"Ummmm? One you strum?" He laughed making you look like an idiot.
You just ignored it and went to look for some guitars to show him.
You bring out the best guitars you can find and bring them back to where the Irish man stood.
"These are the best ones I could find." You sighed, bring them out of by one.
"Wow! You actually knew what a guitar was." He giggled, grabbing one of the guitar and inspecting it closely.
Though out him looking at he guitars he and his friends kept making rude comments about you and talk to you like you're stupid.
"Hey, so I think I want to buy this. Do you think you could handle that, sweetheart?" He smirked, handing over the guitar he's wants to buy.
After that comment you've had enough, you held in you anger long enough and you know to just let it roll off you're back but he and his friends made one too many comments.
"That's it! If you think I'm going to stand here and let you all insult me then you think wrong! Stop treating me like I'm stupid because I'm not! I have a brain if you must know and I also have feelings and you ignorant pigs don't seem to care! So let's get the transaction done so you all can leave!" You exclaimed, walking to the back of the counter.
You hurried up the transaction and gave the Irish man his receipt.
He grabbed the receipt and left, but not before looking back at you as he left the store. His face showed signs of guilt in his eyes but you ignored it completely, waiting for him to leave.
As soon as he left you bust into tears and cry behind the counter.
Niall's P.O.V
"Dude that girl was a bitch." One of my new friends laughed as he walked to another store.
I just met these lads, I'm on break and I was in need for some friends and they happen to come alone.
After what happened at the music store I didn't realize that they were changing me into someone I never wanted to become.
I was an asshole to the girl at the store and I felt awful and I knew I had to ditch these jerks and fix everything that I've done.
I know I need to apologize to the girl for sure. I can't believe that I turned into someone I never wanted to become, am going to fix it one way or another for sure, starting with the girl.

Hey! So I came up with this idea from the top of my head and decided to finally update for you all. I don't know how many parts there will be, all in all I hope you all like this idea!
