"Y/N! You have to come quick!" You heard Liam yell running into the dressing you were in.

You were visiting your boyfriend, Niall on tour and you decided to wait until the last concert before you leave to watch it.

"Liam what's going on?" You asked as he pulls you out of the dressing room.

"It's Niall, he fainted on stage." He told you still looking ahead of him, pulling you towards the stage.

"Oh my goodness! Why are we walking so slow?! Let's move it Liam." You yelled running ahead of him towards the stage.

You ran up on stage with Liam coming up behind you to see Worried fans and most shocking Niall laying on the ground not moving an inch.

"Oh my goodness! Niall, can you hear me?!" You exclaimed, putting your hands in his face.

"What happened?!" You asked, not looking up for his face.

"Well, I was talking and all of the sudden he just passes out." Harry explained.

"Did someone call an ambulance?" You questioned in worry, laying Niall head in your lap to comfort his head.

"Yeah, I did." You hear Preston come up behind you.

"Okay, good when will they be here?" You wondered, finally looking up from Niall's face to Preston.

"3-5 minutes they said." He spoke to you but looking at Niall.

"Their here!" Louis called out with paramedics trailing behind him.

~at the hospital~

"Family of Niall Horan?" You heard the doctor say, walking into that waiting room.

You, Louis, Liam, Harry, and a couple of security guards stood up.

"Is he going to be okay?!"

"Does he have a concussion?!"

"How long does he have doc?!"

"Louis!" Everyone exclaimed after he asked that stupid question and him looking around to everyone saying sorry.

"Everyone stop your worrying, he going to be just fine, he was just dehydrated, we gave him fluids and he will 100% fine." The doctor reassured us all.

From there we all let a sigh of relief after we heard the good news.

"Can we see him?" You asked, wanting to see him.

"Yes you may but one at a time, we want to keep him over night to make sure he has enough fluid in him." The doctor said.

"Is one of us aloud to stay with him over night?" Louis asked.

"I suppose." The doctor simply agreed, waiting to see which one of us will see him first.

"I'll go last and maybe stay with him over night?" You asked wanting to stay with him.

"Yeah." They all agreed and went to go see Niall for a short amount of time and said they'd see him tomorrow.

After they all got their turns of seeing Niall, you were able to see Him.

"Hey, Y/N." Niall greeted you as you walked through the hospital room door.

"Hey Ni, how are you feeling?" You asked walking up to the bed he was laying in.

"Fine, I could be better." He told you but in the process, he let a small laugh.

"I'm so glad you're okay, you have no idea how worried I was." You whispered to where only he could hear.

"I'm sorry." He apologised, giving you a small smile.

"You don't need to apologise Niall, this isn't your fault." You told him, running your fingers through his hair.

"Y/N, can you cuddle with me?" Niall asked, a few moments later.

"Will you be alright?" You asked, not wanting to make him uncomfortable.

"Yes, it will be alright, love." He said to you, making room for you in the bed.

"Oh, alright." you gave in and climbed in to bed next to Niall.

You both fall asleep happy knowing you were in each other's arm.

The next day Niall was released from the hospital and rocked the stage that night with a big smile on his face knowing you were watching from backstage.
