Because these games have been open for a while, I have decided to create ghost tributes to take the place of the spots that nobody seems to want. Ghost Tributes are as they seem, tributes that are practically dead to everybody. On March 10th at 6pm PDT time I should update this chapter with all the ghost tributes. If any of you would like, you may choose to adopt one of them and make them your own, but you will have to create descriptions and all for them. This must be done by March 14th at 6pm PST (the timezone change is just Daylight Savings). On March 15th at 4pm PST, I'll be posting the first task. Thanks.
