The next afternoon, I come and check on James.

"Lily-flower!" He exclaims when he sees me. "I'm so glad you're here! You do not know how bored I've been."

I laugh. "I can imagine."

Imagine.... Nothing to do, no books to read, no one to talk to.

Torture.

Absolute torture.

How has been living?

"Anyway, more company is on the way. Sirius and Marlene are coming over in a few," I say. "As for me - I must get going, so goodbye." I head doe the door and turn at the doorway to give him a wave.

"Thanks again, Lily-flower. For the company."

"Anytime, Potter. Anytime."

I leave out the door.
