"Hey, Dan?" I ask sheepishly, looking down at his small body.
"Hm?" Dan looks up at me, his arms staying around my waist and a small smile spread across his face.
"Um, I-I have something to tell you. In private." He nods as I lead him away from the football field and toward the back of the school. I clear my throat, looking down at the smaller boy. "So, um, there's actually two things." Dan nods.
"Wait, it's nothing bad, is it?" Dan asks and I shake my head.
"No, no. Um, well, you see, vampires have these things called Blood-Mates. Basically a soulmate in simpler terms." Dan nods again.
"Go on"
"Well, um, what I'm trying to say, is that you are mine. You, Dan, are my Blood-Mate." I look down at the pastel boy with a small, nervous smile and he looks back up at me, a larger smile on his face.
"Really?! Oh my gosh, that's so cool! So, does that mean we're going to be boyfriends or something?" I shrug.
"If you want us too, I guess" Dan smile, hugging me tightly again. I hug back, smiling wider than I've smiled in months.
"I want to, Phil. A lot"
"Alright, then it's official. We are boyfriends."
A.N. Okay, so I'm sorry this is so short and so late. I'm really busy with school and stuff, but I'll try to keep updating.
