Haruichi didn't go out of his room the next day. It was on a Monday so his parents did worried a bit. But following Yoshiko's advice, Haruichi stacked up snacks and food and drinks in his room in case he goes hungry. If he needed to go to the bathroom, he'll wait until everyone is asleep.
His mother had tried to lure him out, but all he said is; "Not until you let me go to Seido if I want to." And his mother had left him afterwards. Haruichi was quite happy with this because his parents (well, mother) was debating with herself whether to let him go or not. And plus, today, he's supposed to have a history quiz that he hasn't studied for.
"Haruichi" He knew that his father had gotten home from work and is now banging on his door. "Go out of this room. Now."
"No," he answered firmly, dangling hid feet on his bed, "Not until you guys let me go to Seido if I want to."
He heard his father sigh, "Is this what they call the rebellious phase?"
"No, it's called making my own decision." Haruichi called out.
"You know what? We'll discuss about it with you in the living room," His father said, earning a gasp from Haruichi's mother.
Haruichi smiled, "I don't believe you."
