Hoseok's POV

The front door creaks open beneath the weight of love and logistics.

Jin hyung and I stumble in, arms overflowing with groceries.

I've got three bags in each hand and a sack of onions swinging against my knee like a judgmental pendulum.

Jin hyung has his signature pout already loaded, his pinky hooked on a bag of rice, and a carton of eggs balanced precariously on top of his head like a crown.

We barely make it two steps into the house before-

"YOU MADE IT TO THE ROMANTIC PHASE?!"

Kookie's voice rockets from the living room like he's announcing a championship win.

"We said bring back kimchi, not chemistry!"

Jimin squeals, practically cartwheeling into the hallway like a sugar-addled sprite.

Tae peeks out behind him, sing-songing like a Broadway ghost, "Gloooowing hooorndooogs."

I bark out a laugh as Jin hyung groans beside me, his arms full of groceries and his dignity rapidly leaking from every orifice.

"We are not glowing-and stop calling us horndogs, you little demons," Jin hyung mutters, cheeks blooming redder by the second.

"You're glowing like a K-drama second lead who finally stole the lead's umbrella," Jimin says, poking hyung's cheek like it owes him money.

"Jimin-ah," Jin hyung warns, narrowing his eyes.

"What?" Jimin shrugs.

"You probably kissed him next to the meat aisle, hyung. That's not just romance, that's protein-coded lust."

Yoongi hyung appears from the hallway like a summoned cat, arms crossed and eyes full of mischief.

"Did you get the spicy kind or the one for cowards?"

I proudly raise the bag in my hand.

"We got both. To honor all heat levels in this house."

Jin hyung elbows me in the side, scowling. "You also got the wrong rice crackers, by the way."

I gasp. "They were on sale! And emotionally crunchy."

He rolls his eyes, but his lips twitch like they want to betray him with a smile.

As we're bickering, Joonie emerges from the kitchen with his sleeves rolled and hands slightly flour-dusted.

He pauses when he sees us.

And then-he smiles.

"You kissed him," Joonie says simply, nodding to Jin hyung.

"I kissed him," I clarify.
