It had only been a few days since Yoongi and I had fully accepted the fact that we were soulmates, and I still couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

Being in a relationship with him, having him as my boyfriend, felt like stepping into a new world.

Everything was brighter now, lighter. The butterflies that had always fluttered in my stomach were now constant, especially when I'd catch Yoongi's eyes across the room or hear his soft, quiet voice over the phone.

But even with the overwhelming happiness and the certainty of our connection, we had agreed to keep things secret at work for now.

We didn't want to risk complicating things by having everyone know about us just yet.

The more soulmates we encountered, the more we realized how much attention our relationship-and the soul bond-could draw in the office.

We didn't want to be the subject of gossip or awkward conversations with colleagues and superiors.

So, for now, we were content with the thrill of secrecy.

The quiet moments we shared in the office were like stolen kisses, quick glances, and whispered conversations in the hallways, with no one the wiser.

That morning, I walked into his office floor, some documents in hand, trying to act as normal as possible.

I passed by his office and I see him looking impossibly handsome as he is sat down at his office couch scrolling through his computer screen.

His black with shirt fit perfectly, the muscles in his forearms evident, and he had that same quiet intensity that always drove me crazy

His black with shirt fit perfectly, the muscles in his forearms evident, and he had that same quiet intensity that always drove me crazy.

As I made my way past his desk, I shot him a quick, sly grin, and his eyes immediately caught mine. His lips curled into a smirk, and he gave me a subtle wink, making my heart skip a beat.

"Good morning, Y/N," he murmured, his voice low and casual, but his eyes said everything.

"Morning, Yoongi," I replied, keeping my voice steady as I enter a nearby office to drop off the papers.

It wasn't easy to act normal when all I could think about was how his lips had felt against my skin only a few nights ago.

As I returned to my office floor and sat down at my desk, trying to focus on the task in front of me.

I felt a familiar presence behind me-Yoongi was standing there, leaning against wall just a little too close for comfort.

"Are you working or are you just trying to avoid me?" His voice was smooth, teasing.

I glanced up at him, biting my lip to keep from smiling. "I'm working," I said, though the playful glint in my eyes was a dead giveaway.

His gaze softened for a moment, before he leaned in just a little bit closer, his breath warm against my ear. "I've been thinking about you all morning," he whispered.
