We couldn't.
We just breathed.
Together.
Tae's hands moved first-slow, careful.
One wrapped around my back, the other curling gently over the nape of my neck like he was anchoring me to the moment. His forehead found my shoulder, lips brushing my skin.
Then I felt his whisper-fragile and raw, spoken into the curve of my neck like a secret only we should hear.
"I love you," he said, his voice breaking just slightly.
"I love you so fucking much."
It hit me like a wave, stealing the last breath from my lungs.
My eyes burned again-not from pain or pleasure this time, but from how much I felt all at once.
I turned my face into his hair, kissed the top of his head, too overwhelmed to speak just yet.
And then Joon was there.
He moved in close, slow and steady, his warmth folding around us like a blanket.
I felt his hand on my back, then Tae's.
Then he leaned in-close enough to feel his breath-and pressed a soft, grounding kiss to each of our foreheads.
One after the other.
Gentle. Reverent.
"You did so well," he murmured, voice a low hum that wrapped around my heart.
"You're mine. All of you. Forever."
My chest clenched.
I looked up at him through damp lashes, my throat tight, and saw the way he looked at us-like we were everything.
Like we were sacred.
He wasn't just looking at our bodies.
He was seeing us-wrecked and raw and held together by everything we'd just shared.
"I love you," I whispered, barely audible.
Tae pressed his lips to my shoulder again, and Joon gathered us closer-his hands warm, wide, steady.
The room was quiet now, save for our breathing, slow and uneven, the sounds of three hearts syncing again.
I didn't want to move.
I didn't want to leave this.
The weight of Tae still inside me.
The thrum of Namjoon's breath against my skin.
The way we all just...fit.
My cheek pressed against Tae's chest, his heart thudding steady beneath me like a lullaby I never wanted to stop hearing.
Tae's fingers never stopped moving.
Gentle trails down the length of my spine.
A thumb smoothing circles over the dip of my lower back.
Lazy kisses pressed to my temple like he was worshiping me one touch at a time.
"I love you," he whispered again and again, soft murmurs brushing my skin.
"I love you so much, hyung."
Behind me, Joon's warmth was solid and grounding.
His arms wrapped around both our waists, his breath hot against my neck, chest still rising with the weight of what we'd shared.
His voice came low, steady, full of everything I never knew I needed to hear.
"You did so well," he murmured.
"I've got you. We've got each other."
God.
My eyes fluttered closed, lips parting with a soundless sigh.
I felt it all-their hands, their breath, the echoes of their voices like warm thunder through my chest.
Then-*Buzz*
It broke the silence like a whisper too loud in a library.
All three phones lit up, humming with notifications on the nightstand.
I let out a soft, breathless laugh, my voice still raw but light.
"That thing's been going off for a while."
Tae snickered quietly, nuzzling deeper into my hair.
"Yeah... it's definitely the LoveMap app."
I shifted slightly, limbs heavy, reaching out with shaking fingers until my hand found my phone.
I tapped the screen, and there it was-glowing softly like we expected it to be.
You have reached a Passionate Connection Phase with Taehyung.
Tae reached out for his phone, lifting it with a soft hum, and I watched his brows lift as two notifications blinked at him.
You have reached a Passionate Connection Phase with Namjoon.
You have reached a Passionate Connection Phase with Jin.
Joon chuckled behind us, his voice a lazy, content rumble.
"Mine just confirmed it too."
He angled his screen toward us, and there it was.
You have reached a Passionate Connection Phase with Taehyung.
I laughed-quiet, breathless, joy cracked into every syllable.
"We broke the damn app," I whispered.
Tae laughed too-his voice a little hoarse, a little ruined, but still the most beautiful sound in the world.
"Of course we did. We were a fucking earthquake."
Joon pressed a kiss into my hair, voice low and reverent.
"We're passionate, alright," he murmured.
"We're synced. Every heartbeat."
And we were.
In that tangle of sheets, limbs, laughter, and love-we were whole.
