Chapter 95: The Moment We Collide

Start from the beginning

"So," Tae said quietly, looking across at him once the laughter died down.

"You're staying? With us?"

Jungkook nodded, expression gentle.

"If you'll have me."

Tae didn't hesitate. "I've always had you."

The silence that followed wasn't awkward-it was sacred.

"God, this is real," I murmured.

Seven soulmates.
At one table.

Just one more to go.

Wacha and Yeontan weren't here, but their absence was momentary.

Our hearts were full.

"I'm really glad you called us,"

Jin oppa said, looking at Jungkook.

"You were brave to come."

"I wasn't," he admitted. "But he-"

He looked at Hobi, smile soft.

"-hyung reminded me how."

"And we're so glad he did," Yoongi said.

"I don't want to be afraid anymore,"

Jungkook whispered.

"Of what I feel. Of what I could lose."

"You're not losing anything," I told him.

"You're gaining everything."

And then Hobi reached out, placing a hand over the center of the table.

One by one, we placed ours over his.

Jungkook joined last.

Seven hands.
One bond.

And we just looked at each other.
Tears. Laughter. Relief.

We were here.
Finally.

And from this moment forward...
We were never letting go.

It had only been an hour since Hobi and Jungkook walked into the cafe, and already, it felt like something ancient had clicked back into place-like pieces of a long-lost constellation finally falling into the sky.

We were laughing. Loudly.

And with every smile exchanged, every teasing nudge, every breathless giggle, the air around us grew thicker with something undeniable-

Belonging.

"Okay wait," I said, eyes wide as I looked between Jungkook and Hobi,

"you both seriously sleep with your socks on?"

"I have poor circulation!" Jungkook protested, reaching for his iced americano like it might protect him from judgment.

"It's comforting," Hobi added with a dreamy smile, draping himself over the back of his chair like a cat in the sun.

"You're monsters," Jin oppa deadpanned. "Absolute sociopaths."

Joon snorted so hard he choked on his tea.

"Not you choking on the truth,"

Yoongi muttered, sipping his drink with quiet judgment but the tiniest twitch of his lips.

Hobi leaned forward, chin in hand, eyes twinkling.
