Chapter 84: Snowboard Races & Soulmate Chases

Start from the beginning

The sky above us is a deep navy blue, stars twinkling in the crisp night air, and the ski lodge in the distance glows like a golden beacon against the dark mountains.

The slopes are nearly empty now, the distant sound of laughter and chatter from other late-night skiers mixing with the occasional swoosh of a snowboard carving through fresh powder.

Yoongi, of course, is stretched out on his stomach, resting his chin on his folded arms, his cheeks slightly pink from the cold.

Yoongi mutters, watching as I attempt to shape the head of our tiny snowman.

I huff, pushing more snow into place.

"It does not."

Namjoon agrees immediately.

Jin oppa lifts his head just enough to glance at it before flopping back down.

"Yeah, that's an extraterrestrial if I've ever seen one."

I glare at them, offended on behalf of my very-much-not-an-alien snowman.

Tae, who has been uncharacteristically silent for the last two minutes, suddenly perks up.
