Tae shuddered. "Right? And Woo Shik-hyung with his strategy breakdowns? He's like a chess master but for lawsuits."
Yoongi stretched lazily, resting his head against the couch. "Hyung Sik, though. That man has a villain arc waiting to happen."
Tae cackled. "He was way too happy talking about surveillance."
I giggled. "He's enjoying this a little too much."
Then, naturally, the conversation drifted to the man who orchestrated it all.
Jin Oppa.
Yoongi exhaled. "Hyung is... something else."
Tae beamed. "Right? I mean, we all knew he was good, but he's that good."
I sighed dreamily. "He's so impressive."
Tae wiggled his eyebrows. "And hot."
Yoongi pinched the bridge of his nose. "Tae."
Tae grinned, unrepentant. "What? I'm just saying. Smart and hot? Deadly combo."
I hummed. "He did look really good at the restaurant."
Yoongi groaned, shoving his face into a pillow. "I hate both of you."
Tae patted his head. "No, you don't."
Yoongi sighed, defeated. "No. I really don't."
Laughter filled the room, warm and light.
And then-naturally-
We started reminiscing.
The dinner. The café.
And more importantly-
Joon and Jin Oppa.
Tae sighed, stretching out on the couch as Yeontan wiggled his way under his chin.
"That was the best meal of my life."
Yoongi snorted, arms crossed, legs stretched out. "You say that about every meal."
Tae gasped, scandalized. "Excuse me, Hyung, but did you taste that soup?"
I grinned. "Oh, we tasted it."
Tae sat up slightly, eyes gleaming. "No, but really-we were amazing at dinner, obviously. But them?"
I knew exactly who he meant.
Yoongi rolled his eyes, but the smirk on his face betrayed him. "I've never seen two people so oblivious and yet so obvious at the same time."
I giggled, shifting Wacha on my lap. "Oh, the tension? Thick."
Tae kicked his feet excitedly. "They're so ridiculous."
Yoongi hummed. "What gave it away? The lingering looks? The stolen glances? The way Jin-hyung almost choked every time Joon spoke?"
Tae cackled. "Or maybe the way Joon hyung kept casually finding excuses to touch him."
I sighed dramatically. "The sleeve tug."
Yoongi groaned. "Don't remind me."
Tae clutched his chest. "Oh, but we must talk about it. Because Namjoon-hyung-who is all smooth and charming with us-had the audacity to get all soft and awkward when Jin hyung wasn't looking."
Yoongi smirked. "Yeah. And when Jin-hyung was looking, Joon would sit there like an innocent scholar who definitely wasn't making heart eyes."
Tae giggled. "We caught him."
I gasped. "When Jin Oppa was talking about the case? And Joon was just watching him with that tiny smile?"
Tae nodded vigorously. "That."
