And for the first time in a long, long time-hope shone in Taehyung's eyes.

The room settled into a focused silence, the air thick with tension and anticipation.
Taehyung's grip on his teddy bear had loosened slightly, but his posture remained tense.
His eyes flickered nervously between Jin Oppa and the rest of the team, his hands still clinging to the fabric as if it were his last line of defense.
Yoongi, sensing the shift, subtly tightened his grip on Tae's knee under the table. I did the same, brushing my thumb soothingly over the back of his hand.
Joon's presence was unshakable, a quiet force of love and protection. He leaned in slightly, his hand reaching across the table, settling gently over Tae's forearm.
Jin Oppa exhaled, leaning forward slightly, his expression both sharp and reassuring.
"Alright. Now that introductions are out of the way, let's talk about step one of the plan-gathering evidence. This is the foundation of our case, and it's going to be thorough."
Choi Woo Shik, ever professional, adjusted his notes.
"The stronger our evidence, the less room your aunt and uncle have to maneuver. We want airtight proof that not only supports the criminal charges but also ensures we win the civil lawsuit."
Oppa nodded. "This means we need records, witnesses, and undeniable documentation of everything they did to you." His voice was steady, firm but never harsh.
"We're talking about medical reports, financial records, legal documents, forensic analysis, and key testimonies."
Tae's fingers twitched. He swallowed hard, nodding stiffly.
"O-Okay," he said, voice small but resolute.
Jin Oppa's expression softened just the slightest bit.
"We're going to walk you through each part, alright?" he assured. "You don't have to carry this alone."
Tae exhaled shakily.
"Okay," he whispered again.
Namjoon's hand tightened slightly over Tae's arm, his gaze dark with something deep and protective.
Woo Shik took the lead, flipping a page in his notes.
"Let's start with Medical Records & Photos. This is crucial in proving long-term abuse. The more medical evidence we have, the stronger our argument for criminal charges."
Jung Ji Woo, the therapist, leaned forward slightly.
"Taehyung, do you remember every time you went to the hospital? Or maybe times you were injured but didn't seek medical help?"
Tae hesitated. His jaw clenched slightly, his eyes darting toward the table as his fingers fidgeted with the fur of his teddy bear.
"I... I was taken to the hospital a few times when I was younger," he admitted. "Broken ribs. A concussion. The doctors asked questions, but my uncle always told them I was just clumsy." His voice grew bitter.
"That I fell down the stairs or ran into something. And I-" He exhaled sharply, gripping the bear tighter. "I never corrected him."
Yoongi's hand on his knee tensed. I felt his breath hitch.
Namjoon went completely still.
His jaw was clenched, eyes dark, unreadable.
Jin Oppa's expression darkened, his jaw setting in quiet fury.
"That's exactly why we need those records," Oppa said, voice controlled but steely.
"Those injuries don't just happen by accident, and we can prove that."
