And then-

It happens.

Yeontan, curiosity getting the best of him, wiggles out of Taehyung's arms and trots over to Wacha.

We all watch, holding our breath.

Wacha lifts her head slightly.

Yeontan sits down.

And then-

He leans forward and starts licking her head.

I gasp.

Yoongi freezes.

Taehyung screams.

Wacha... just blinks.

And then-

In a move that shocks us all-

She leans into it.

She lets him groom her.

I grab Yoongi's arm. "Oh my God."

Taehyung is clutching his chest like he's about to pass out. "This is the greatest day of my life."

Yoongi just stares, completely dumbfounded. "This is unnatural."

But it doesn't stop there.

Because after a moment-

Wacha licks him back.

Taehyung squeals.

"I knew it," he breathes. "I knew they were soulmates."

Yoongi sighs, rubbing his temple. "This is ridiculous."

I wipe away a fake tear. "They love each other."

Taehyung sniffles dramatically. "They do."

And just like that-

A few nights after, I wake up to something unusual.

Not unheard of, but still new.

I blink blearily at the dimly lit room, trying to figure out why I suddenly woke up.

They are both in bed with us.
