No. Stop.
I exhale sharply and push open the door to the break room, only to find Ha Eun and Yeona already inside, chatting near the counter.
The moment I step in, both of their heads snap toward me.
I freeze mid-step. "...What?"
Their eyes scan me up and down. Then, simultaneously, their brows lift.
"You're glowing," Ha Eun states.
I blink. "What?"
Yeona narrows her eyes slightly, tilting her head. "Yeah, something's different."
I grip the water bottle I just grabbed, trying to act casual as I twist the cap open.
"Nothing's different. You guys are weird."
They both exchange a glance.
Then, like clockwork, their expressions shift into identical smirks.
Oh no.
I feel my entire soul leave my body.
Panic kicks in, and before they can even say anything, I blurt out, "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT."
In my rush to deny literally nothing, I fumble my water bottle, sending it toppling over and spilling water all over the table.
There's a beat of silence.
Then-
Ha Eun and Yeona burst out laughing.
"Oh my god," Yeona wheezes, gripping the counter. "She's blushing."
"I knew it!" Ha Eun claps her hands, absolutely delighted. "Something definitely happened."
I groan, burying my face in my hands. "You guys weren't even saying anything yet!"
Yeona smirks, tapping her chin. "Well, we were about to ask, but you just answered for us."
"Looks like our friend had a good night," Ha Eun teases, nudging me with her elbow.
"Finally," Yeona sighs dramatically.
"I hate you both," I grumble, cheeks on fire.
"Proud of you, girl." Ha Eun grins, reaching over to pat my back while Yeona grabs some napkins to help me clean up my literal mess.
I shake my head, biting my lip to keep from smiling too much. I should be embarrassed-okay, I am-but deep down, happiness blooms in my chest.
Because they're right.
I did have a good night.
A very good night, and morning.
And I wouldn't change a single second of it.

Yoongi's POV
I don't usually get accused of being in a good mood.
In fact, I'd argue that most of my coworkers are used to me being the quiet, serious one-the stoic cybersecurity engineer who glares at screens, mutters under his breath when the system breaks, and, on occasion, threatens to set the server room on fire when things go really wrong.
But today?
Today, I feel good.
No, actually, I feel fucking amazing.
And apparently, that is a cause for widespread panic.
It starts the second I walk into the office.
Normally, I head straight to my desk, ignoring everything and everyone until I have at least two sips of coffee.
