Chapter 31: Tae's Zoo Takeover

I glance up at him, and our eyes meet for a moment, a silent exchange of affection that says everything I need to hear.

The moment passes, but that soft, shared look lingers.

As we move on to the bird exhibit, the sounds of chirping fill the air, and Taehyung is once again bouncing ahead, his eyes lighting up at every colorful parrot and exotic bird he spots.

"Look at that one!" he exclaims, pointing excitedly to a bright blue macaw perched on a branch. "It's got so many colors, it's like a living flying highlighter."

Yoongi snorts beside me at that. Tae's enthusiasm is contagious, and I can't help but smile at the way he brings this infectious joy everywhere he goes.

He's so full of life, so unguarded in his affection, and it draws me in every time.

Yoongi, who's been laughing quietly next to me steps forward to stand next to Taehyung.

His hand reaches for the back of Taehyung's shoulder, a small but meaningful gesture of affection, the kind that says 'I'm here for you.'

It's such a small thing, but it makes me realize how much Yoongi's love for Taehyung is woven into the fabric of everything we do.

Taehyung notices, and he grins, a soft, genuine smile that tugs at my heart. "I'm starting to think I'm the third wheel here," he says, his voice teasing but full of affection. "You two are always so cute together."

I roll my eyes playfully, but there's no hiding the fondness in my gaze. "Stop teasing" I say softly. "You're just as important to us as either of us is to you."

Taehyung tilts his head, a little surprised but clearly touched by the sincerity in my voice. "I know," he says quietly, the teasing slipping away for a moment, replaced by something deeper. "And I appreciate it. I really do."

Yoongi gives his shoulder a final, affectionate squeeze before stepping back to stand beside me. "Again, you're part of this, Tae," he says, his voice steady and comforting. "Don't ever doubt that."

We continue through the park, the day winding down as we explore the reptile house.

I feel the warmth of both of them beside me-the solid, quiet strength of Yoongi and the vibrant, ever-present energy of Taehyung.

In a way, it's like I have a piece of both worlds-Yoongi's calm, nurturing affection, and Taehyung's playful, affectionate warmth.
