Chapter 31: Tae's Zoo Takeover

We stand together, watching as the sharks glide past us, their massive forms casting long, slow shadows on the glass.

I feel Taehyung's energy next to me, his gaze fixed on the sharks with a mix of awe and fascination.

"This is amazing," he says, his voice hushed with wonder. "I could watch them all day."

"I could too," I reply, glancing at Yoongi, who's silently watching the scene. "But I think it's more about the company than the sharks at this point, don't you think?"

Yoongi's lips curl into a smile at that, his fingers brushing over my hand. "Definitely," he says, his voice warm with affection. "It's about being here with you two."

Taehyung, ever the playful one, nudges us both. "I hope you never charge for these life lessons," he says, his voice teasing but full of warmth. "You two are too much of a good influence on me."

I laugh and shake my head. "Stop it, Tae. You're the one who teaches us how to have fun."

Taehyung's grin widens. "I try."

We continue through the exhibits-our laughter, shared moments, and quiet conversations filling the space between us.

I glance between Yoongi and Taehyung, feeling an overwhelming sense of peace.

There's no place I'd rather be than right here, surrounded by the love and laughter of the two people who make everything feel right in the world.

"OMG, BABIES!"

Taehyung yells, his eyes nearly popping out of his head as he grabs both of our hands and drags us toward the petting sanctuary.

I laugh, barely able to keep up with his excited tugging. "Tae, wait up! You're gonna drag us into the next county at this rate!"

Yoongi's slow pace doesn't match Taehyung's frantic energy, but he looks amused as he allows himself to be yanked along. "Maybe he'll pet the animals into submission with all that enthusiasm."

"I think they're about to pet him instead," I tease, watching as Tae practically skips toward the pens.

"Shush! I need to be surrounded by baby goats and fluffy creatures, okay?" Tae shoots us a dramatic look over his shoulder. "This is serious business!"

Yoongi and I exchange amused glances before following him into the sanctuary. Honestly, there's no resisting his charm when he's like this.

All around us, little animals scamper, nuzzle, and curl up in the arms of the visitors.
