But at that moment, with Yoongi beside me, it felt like everything was just... easy.

"You ready for this?" Yoongi asked as he opened the passenger door for me.

I nodded, a smile tugging at my lips. "Yeah. I'm just... I don't know what to expect, but I'm excited."

Yoongi chuckled as I slid into the car. "It's gonna be good. Taehyung's one of a kind. I don't think anyone can be prepared for his energy."

We both laughed, a smile curving my lips as I chatted Taehyung quickly.

I shot him a playful glance. "I think Taehyung will appreciate it. Besides, I'm just giving you a heads-up-Wacha's probably going to expect you to come over every day now. You've created a monster."

Yoongi just laughed, shaking his head.

As Yoongi started the car and began driving, the screen lit up with a flood of notifications from Taehyung.

I looked over at Yoongi, who was focusing on the road but also glancing at his phone every now and then. I could feel the familiar tension ease when we shared this quiet space together-everything felt right.

Yoongi smirked as he glanced at me, catching the last part of Taehyung's message. "Extra boba, huh? He's serious about his bubble tea."

I chuckled. "Apparently, he is. I'm kind of wondering what he'll be like in person."

Yoongi's gaze softened, and he leaned back in his seat as he drove. "I don't know. I think we already know a lot about him. But seeing him face to face is a different experience. I can already tell he's going to be... a lot of fun."

We exchanged a glance, and I felt the comfortable warmth of his presence. There was something calming about Yoongi's quiet strength. No matter how nervous I was about meeting someone new, I always felt at ease when I was with him.

Yoongi parked the car, and as he turned off the engine, I could feel my heart beat a little faster.

We were finally here.
