"Promise me you'll stay."
"I promise," I said, my voice steady as I placed a soft kiss on his lips.
He smiled against my lips, a small, almost imperceptible smile, but it was enough to make my chest tighten with affection.
His hands moved to my back, pulling me even closer, and I let out a shaky breath as I leaned into him, allowing myself to be enveloped by his warmth.
The night stretched out before us, but in that moment, the world outside ceased to exist.
There was only us-our kiss, our embrace, and the overwhelming feeling that this was exactly where we were meant to be.
And as he kissed me again, this time with a gentleness that spoke volumes, I knew that nothing could break us apart.
Not now, not ever.

The afternoon sun poured through the window of my apartment, bathing the living room in a warm golden glow.
It was the kind of peaceful weekend that made the chaos of everyday life seem distant.
Yoongi sat comfortably on the couch beside me, and Wacha. The cat was nestled in his lap, her tiny body curled into a ball of fluff.
If I didn't know better, I'd swear she was practically obsessed with him, constantly seeking his attention whenever he was around.
After a lazy breakfast, Yoongi and I settled in for a binge-watching session.
We'd started with Squid Game, which had been on our radar for a while. It didn't take long before we were both engrossed in the plot, debating every twist and turn.
And as usual, Wacha had claimed Yoongi as her personal pillow, purring contentedly in his lap as he absentmindedly ran his fingers through her soft fur.
I crossed my arms over my chest, looking over at Yoongi with a teasing grin. "I'm telling you, that final twist was so predictable. I saw it coming from the first episode," I said, shaking my head like I was some kind of genius for figuring it out.
Yoongi let out a dramatic sigh, stretching out his legs as he leaned back into the couch, his eyes half-lidded but amused.
"Predictable? You just wanted it to be predictable so you could gloat. It was brilliant! The suspense, the depth of the characters... It had layers, Y/N. Layers."
I raised an eyebrow. "Layers? Yoongi, you can't even tell me one character's backstory without getting confused halfway through," I teased, nudging him playfully with my elbow.
He rolled his eyes, but there was a hint of a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. "Oh, please. That's just because I don't get distracted by all the drama. It's about the strategy, the mind games! It's deep stuff."
I shook my head, a grin tugging at my lips. "You're just mad because I called it. You know I'm right."
Yoongi raised his hands in mock surrender, pretending to give up. "Fine, you win," he said, leaning toward me, his lips brushing against the top of my head in a quick, sweet kiss.
His voice dropped into a playful tone as he added, "Thank the heavens you're cute."
I laughed, my heart doing a little flip at the unexpected kiss. I playfully swatted his arm. "You're lucky I love you."
He grinned, his fingers still absentmindedly stroking Wacha's fur as she purred louder in his lap. "You're the lucky one."
I leaned my head against his shoulder, feeling the warmth of his presence seep into my skin. "Right, right. Just admit you're madly in love with me."
