Before I could process what was happening, his lips were on mine again, this time softer, almost reverent, as though he was savoring the moment.
I leaned into him, every part of me craving him, feeling like there was no place else I wanted to be but in his arms.
The world outside didn't exist anymore.
There was no need for words, no need for explanations.
Just the feel of his lips on mine
the warmth of his body against mine
And the undeniable connection that had been building between us for so long.
His hands moved to my waist, pulling me closer and I could feel the heat radiating from him.
He kissed me again, more deeply this time, as if he were trying to convey everything he couldn't put into words.
Every part of my body was responding to him, my heart racing, my breath coming in shallow gasps.
For a moment, I lost myself in him, in the kiss, in the way he made feel -like I was the only thing that mattered in the moment.
There was no past, no future, only now.
When we finally broke apart, both foreheads touching, our chests rising and falling together.
I felt his hands gently cradling my face, as if making sure I was still there, still real.
Yoongi's lips hovered just inches from mine, his breath warm against my skin.
I opened my eyes, meeting his gaze, and saw the raw emotion reflected in his dark eyes-something deeper than desire.
He looked conflicted, his chest rising and falling with every breath as if he was battling with something he couldn't quite put into words.
"You know, Y/N," he started, his voice low, but there was a teasing edge to it now, "I've been trying to figure out for the longest time how I got this lucky."
I raised an eyebrow, my lips curling into a playful smile. "Oh? And how exactly did you get lucky, Min Yoongi?"
He chuckled softly, the sound sending a thrill through me. "Well, I mean," he teased brushing a lock of hair out of my face, his fingers grazing my skin, "I somehow ended up with the most beautiful, complicated, and utterly frustrating person in my life."
I scoffed, though my heart fluttered at the compliment. "Complicated and frustrating, huh?" I challenged, letting my fingers rest on the side of his waist.
"Is that how you see me?"
Yoongi smirked, his eyes darkening, and the corners of his lips turned up slightly. "Definitely complicated," he said with a wink, "but in the best way. You know, the kind of complicated that makes everything feel... worth it."
I felt my cheeks warm, but I wasn't about to let him win that easily. "And you think you're not frustrating?" I teased, nudging him with my shoulder. "I've lost count of how many times I've wanted to punch you."
His grin widened, and he leaned in a little closer, his breath brushing my ear as he whispered, "I'm just trying to make things interesting."
The playful banter between us, the teasing smiles, and the electric tension that had been building for weeks felt so natural, like we were always meant to be like this.
Yoongi's smile faded slightly, and he looked at me with something more vulnerable, something raw.
His voice dropped lower, more serious now, but still soft. "My confession earlier, I meant it. Those were not words said merely because of the heat of the moment. I've been trying to keep this... to keep us from getting too real for a while," he admitted, his hand gently cupping my cheek.
