"Hey," Yoongi whispered as he approached me, his voice low, "I missed you already."

He leaned over my shoulder just a little too close, and his lips brushed against the top of my ear.

The touch sent a shiver down my spine.

I felt my heart race as I tried to maintain some semblance of professionalism.

"Yoongi," I whispered back, my voice barely audible. "We can't keep doing this. Someone's bound to notice."

He simply smirked and straightened up, but not before his hand brushed against mine in that deliciously slow way that made my breath catch in my throat.

His touch lingered for just a second too long, like he was testing the waters. It was almost like he wanted to see if I'd pull away, but I didn't.

I couldn't.

"I think they're already starting to notice," he said, his voice teasing, though his eyes held a depth of emotion that made my pulse spike.

His gaze shifted to the hallway, where we both knew our colleagues were going about their business, oblivious to the tension building between us.

I quickly turned my attention back to my screen, pretending to focus. "Yoongi, seriously, stop," I said, my words playful but my heart thundering in my chest. "We're at work."

But he wasn't done yet.

Of course, he wasn't.

I glanced up and saw him standing by the table, his back facing the rest of the office, looking down at me with that familiar mischievous smile, his eyes filled with quiet affection.

He reached out, tapping the side of the table with his fingers, but his touch was still so deliberate, still so intimate.

"You look good today," he said, his voice dropping even lower as he bent down, bringing his face close enough that I could feel the warmth of his breath against my cheek.

I swallowed hard, my body betraying me by leaning slightly into him. "Yoongi, stop... people are going to notice."

His lips curled into a grin. "They already have," he murmured. "I think Jae's been looking at us funny for the last ten minutes."

I glanced over at Jae's desk, and sure enough, he was staring in our direction, clearly intrigued by the unusual closeness between us.

I turned back to Yoongi with a nervous smile. "Maybe we should tone it down a bit."

But Yoongi wasn't one to back down easily. He stepped even closer, his body now just inches away from mine.

The proximity was almost too much. "Just a little longer," he said softly, brushing his fingers across the edge of the table, his hand so close to mine that I could almost feel the heat radiating off him.

My breath caught in my throat as I tried to stay composed. "Yoongi..."

"Just a second," he interrupted, and before I could respond, he leaned down, his lips barely grazing the side of my neck, leaving a trail of warmth that sent tingles across my skin.

The sensation made my whole body stiffen in surprise, and I immediately tried to pull away.

But as I moved back slightly, I realized I had leaned too far, and I stumbled backward into the edge of my chair.

I gasped, but Yoongi was quick, catching me just before I could fall.

His arms wrapped around my waist, and he pulled me back upright with ease.
