"And I wouldn't mind it one bit."

Y/N tried to ignore how her heart was now racing, but it was hard when his gaze felt so intense and genuine.

The warmth from his touch lingered, and she couldn't quite shake the feeling that something between them was changing, slowly but surely.

"So..." Y/N hesitated, trying to sound nonchalant, but the butterflies in her stomach gave her away.

"What about all the other gray dots? The other soulmates? Are we supposed to... meet them, too?"

Yoongi glanced down at his phone, his brow furrowing slightly as he thought. "I guess we'll find out, huh?"

His eyes met hers again, and this time, there was a subtle shift in the air around them.

"But I'm not in any rush to figure that out. Not when I'm still getting used to how everything between us feels."

His voice softened, and there was something undeniably tender in his gaze.

"I like where we are right now."

"Okay, so no rushing," Y/N said softly, a smile tugging at her lips.

"One step at a time." She winked playfully. "Just don't expect me to stop being awkward around you, though. I have to maintain my reputation."

Yoongi leaned forward, his expression suddenly more serious, his voice lowering with a charged, intimate tone.

"You can be as clumsy and cute as you want, Y/N," he whispered, his eyes never leaving hers.

"I'm not going anywhere"

Y/N's heart skipped again, and she felt a warmth spread across her chest.

"Good," she whispered, her voice softer than she intended.

"Because I don't think I'm ready to let you go just yet."

The world around them faded into the background as they sat there, the unspoken connection between them growing stronger with every word, every smile, every playful glance.

The app may have started this journey, but in the end, it was them, just them for now, one step at a time.

Y/N's POV

By the time we left the café, the tension had melted away.

There was no more worrying about what to say next, no more fear of tripping or spilling something on him.

With Yoongi, everything just clicked.

When Yoongi pulled up in front of my apartment, I felt a little hesitant to leave.

The evening had unfolded in a way I never expected, and there was still so much I wanted to understand, especially about that stranger in the café.

My thoughts were swirling, and as I stepped out of the car, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and unease.

The connection between Yoongi and me, officially marked by the app, was undeniable.

But then, there was that other guy.

The one I couldn't quite shake off.

"I had the best time, see you at the office, y/n"

Yoongi said, his voice soft and gentle, his eyes lingering on me with a warmth that made my skin crawl, never wanting it to end.

There was something about the way he said it, like the words held more meaning than just a casual farewell.

He didn't move right away, standing there for a moment as if unsure whether to step back or stay a little longer.
