Right now, Macaque was baking some peach cupcakes as a way to help cheer Wukong up after remembering something they both would have liked to keep in the back of their minds.

Well, at least until the anniversary came around and they'd spend the day remembering all the good and fun times they had together until it was all ripped away from the two mates.

So yes, he was currently making peach cupcakes.

Oh, and also smacking Wukong away with his tail every time he tried to steal the mixing bowl with the cupcake batter in it.

I mean seriously, if Wukong would just keep his fucking paws to himself, Macaque would have already had the cupcakes in the oven 15 minutes ago!

But instead, Macaque was once again smacking Wukong away for what felt like the 100th time since he started making the batter 25 minutes ago!

The golden-furred King yelped and rubbed his very sore and red hand while giving his black-furred Warrior a kicked puppy face.

Wukong opened his mouth, but whatever he was going to say was cut off by Macaque.

Macaque: No.

A huff came from the king as he crossed his arms and grumbled.

Wukong: You don't even know what I was going to say!

A long sigh left the black simian as he stopped mixing the batter and gave his mate a look as his tail lashed behind him, giving away just how annoyed the black monkey really was.

Macaque: You were going to ask for just a "little taste," and the answer is NO! Damnit Wukong, they'd probably already be almost done baking by now if you'd just kept your moronic paws to yourself.

A highly offended gasp came from the King.

Wukong: Hey! My hands aren't moronic!

A snort from the Warrior.

Macaque: Sure, whatever you say, Peaches.

A bunch of nonsense chitters and grunts flowed from the Monkey King's mouth as he started to swear Macaque out in their native tongue.

The Six-Eared Macaque completely ignored him in favour of finally pouring the cupcake batter into the cupcake pan and into the oven, where they should've been over 15 minutes ago.

Throughout this, the only sign Macaque showed that he could even hear Wukong's cursing was the smirk he wore on his face as he shut the oven door and set the timer.

The timer was barely touching the countertop when the floating screen popped up before the oven, which caused Macaque to jump back slightly as to not get hit by it.

When Macaque jumped back from the floating screen, Wukong cut off his monkey cursing and instead moved to stand next to his black-furred counterpart.

Macaque barely gave his mate a glance before turning his full attention to the floating screen but only after intertwining his tail with the King's.

Monkey King didn't even flinch when a black tail intertwined with his golden one. He just gave the tail a light squeeze as he read over the question.

Macaque gave his signature smirk.

Macaque: Bai He is a good kid. Would make an excellent cub, possible student, and also a perfect little sister for MK.

Wukong nodded.

Wukong: I agree with Macaque. She is a good kid and would make an excellent addition to our growing cub collection. 

A bone-deep sigh left the King.

Wukong: I only wish we could have saved her from ever having become the Bone Bitch's host.

The second question had Macaque's smirk growing bigger.

Macaque: As for MK finding a mate... Well, I'm 100% positive he has a thing for Red Son.

Wukong snickered with a smirk of his own.

Wukong: Oh, he totally does!

~Meanwhile At Pigsy's Noodles!~

Mk sneezes and accidentally snaps a plate in half.

It didn't take Pigsy long to materialise out of thin air and start shouting about his poor plate.

~At The Same Time At The Demon Bull Family Home!~

Red Son was working on a new invention when he suddenly sneezed fire, burning his invention to ashes and falling out of his chair cursing up a storm.

PIF came out of thin air and started scolding him for cursing but was internally laughing at what she just witnessed.
