This ask is from Elliboom on AO3!: Very important question for Wukong, if every peach tree would risk ceasing to exist and never come back, but the only solution to prevent this from happening was to sacrifice Macaque's life (this time he wouldn't come back to life), would you sacrifice him or goodbye peaches?
(in short it's a: Would you choose peaches or Macaque, but slightly sadistic)

Both Wukong and Macaque purred loudly as they lay cuddling and snuggling under the tree on the beach, the same tree they used to hang under when they were younger.
Nothing was going to make them move, not even the floating screen that just appeared in front of them with a new question.
Both blinked at it and read the question slowly.
Once realising the question wasn't for him, Macaque went back to nuzzling the golden fur of his mate while Wukong finished reading.
Wukong looked like the world just ended, but then it turned into a contemplative look as he thought over the question before smiling softly.
Wukong: Obviously I choose my precious Mac over my peaches any day. He's my world after all.
Wukong held the dark-furred monkey closer and nuzzled him back, both their purring kicking up a notch.
A smirk then grew on the King's face.
Wukong: But then again... if peaches suddenly cease to exist, that doesn't mean peach-FLAVOURED products would cease to exist, right? Since peach-flavoured products don't always use REAL peaches, am I right?
Macaque chuckled, fondly shaking his head before continuing to nuzzle.
Macaque: I love you, Wukong.
Wukong chirped happily.
Wukong: I love you too, Macaque!
