This ask is from SerpantQueen on AO3!: To Both: Can either or you drive? Do either of you want to drive? If you can, who's the better driver?
To The All Mighty Macaque: Would you ever like to see the Aurora Borealis? Also here *hands over 3 leather bound journals. One is black with moon phases, one is a deep purple with stars, and one is blue with a sun and moon* so you can write your shadow plays.
To The Amazing Wukong: Do you like video games? Have you ever tried vr games? I think you would like them.

Last night, Macaque never returned home, a fact that was difficult for Wukong to overlook, especially since the nest on their bed felt chilly and lonely without him.
Luckily the shadow monkey did return the next morning, much to Wukong's relief.
What wasn't to Wukong's relief, however, was when Macaque returned home smelling strongly of blood belonging to a multitude of different demons!
Wukong: Macaque! Where have you been? And why do you smell like blood!?
Macaque remained silent as he walked over to Wukong and pulled him into a tight embrace while burying his face into the sun monkey's neck to take in his natural peach scent.
It confused the king, but nonetheless he wrapped his own arms around his moon and nuzzled his cheek against his head, allowing the scent of plums to fill his nose.
Unfortunately, though, Macaque's natural plum scent was overpowered by that of blood. There wasn't a speck of the red stuff on the dark monkey's clothes or even his beautiful black fur.
The slight dampness that clung to his mate's fur, however, was a dead giveaway that he had likely washed himself off in a river or something.
As their embrace continued, Wukong decided to ask once more.
Wukong: Where were you last night, Moonlight, and why do you smell like blood?
The Warrior remained silent, and for a second, Wukong believed he'd have to ask his question again, but just as he opened his mouth to do so...
Macaque: I was just getting rid of some...thieves, that's all. No need to worry, Peaches. It's all taken care of now.
Macaque finally answered in the form of a whisper, though for some reason when he said the word "thieves," it was spat out with both venom and what seemed to be self-satisfaction.
It slightly unnerved the King, but in typical Wukong style, he just brushed it off and tightened his hold on Macaque in return.
He placed a gentle kiss on Macaque's head.
Wukong: Okay...I trust you, Plums.
For a small moment the black-furred monkey stiffened in the King's arms before he slowly relaxed again, nuzzling into the golden monkey's neck.
A couple of hours later, both Celestial Monkeys were lying on the couch together with Macaque on top of Wukong.
Macaque had his eyes closed and was breathing softly, a very clear sign that he was asleep, his ears flicking at the sounds coming from the TV, but he didn't stir.
Wukong had an arm wrapped around the monkey lying on him as he stared boredly at the TV screen. He didn't know the name of the show that was on, but it was snooze-worthy.
In fact, he was about to close his eyes and join his mate in slumber when the floating screen suddenly bounced in. No, I mean literally the screen bounced into the room.
