2 days later, both monkey demons sat leaning against the tree on the beach that they used to eat fruit under when they were younger, just watching the waves crash against the sand and a small pod of dolphins playing and jumping in the larger waves.

Both the king and his mate couldn't help but smile at the fun the dolphins seemed to be having and also couldn't help but laugh when two curious monkey cubs walked into the shallows and ended up getting drenched by a wave that sent them screeching and running back to their bemused-looking mother.

Wukong ended up letting out an amused chirp when the mother monkey started chittering and screeching at the drenched cubs, seemingly scolding them for going into the ocean in the first place.

Macaque himself just shook his head fondly while continuing to laugh quietly as he watched the mother monkey scold her two drenched cubs.

The now all-too-familiar floating screen appearing on the beach ended up sending the small family of monkeys running and screeching back into the trees. Wukong, despite his love for his little monkey subjects, fell over from laughing at their reaction while Macaque gave a small snort and shook his head at his mate.

The dark-furred monkey went on to read the question while Wukong gasped for breath as he tried to force himself to calm down and try to also read the question from the screen.

The golden monkey was unsuccessful in fully calming down but was just able to make out the question on the screen at the same time Macaque finished taking the question in and opened a small shadow portal that softly dropped a CD player on the sand.

By the time Wukong fully calmed down from his laughing fit, Macaque had already fully set up the CD player and was now looking at the golden-furred monkey with a raised eyebrow.

Macaque: Done with your laughing fit, Peaches?

Wukong gave one last gasp before coughing into his fist and giving a curt nod.

Wukong: Yes.

Macaque nodded.

Macaque: Good. Let's start then, shall we?

Monkey King jumped up, flicking sand from his tail with a grin.

Wukong: Yep, let's go!

Macaque turned the volume on the CD player to max before quickly pressing play. Both the King and his Warrior transformed into wolves and crouched into a ready position, as soon as the song started, they both took off running down the beach, sand kicking up behind them.

~🎶But don't you know we're stronger now🎶~

~🎶My lungs still breath, my mind still fears🎶~

Both Macaque and Wukong laugh as the salty sea breeze whips them in the face as they pick up speed and rip down the stretch of sand to the sound of waves crashing against the shore.
