Wukong was getting a glass of water when the floating screen appeared before him again, and just like before, he jolted slightly at the sudden appearance of the floating screen and almost dropped the glass of water he was holding but managed to JUST keep it from falling and breaking.
With a sigh, Wukong read the new question and shrugged nonchalantly once he finished, then took a sip of his water before answering.
Wukong: Yep! You know, MANY demons back then ate other demons for food. Some did it when they couldn't find food and were REALLY hungry. Others did it because they ENJOYED the taste of other demons flesh.
He took another sip of his water before casually continuing.
Wukong: I mean, even I ate another demon once back on the journey when I went into a rage and went a little too far.
Here Wukong chuckled nervously.
Wukong: Buuut~ it was only that ONE demon! After that I stopped eating meat.
Wukong brought a hand up to his chin and squinted his eyes a little.
Wukong: Actually, you know, now that I think about it, Macaque DID say he would never touch meat EVER again when he found me on the Journey.
Macaque was seen standing at the entrance of the kitchen as he squinted to read the question on the floating screen, and once the question registered in his brain, Macaque suddenly gagged and ran towards the bathroom to throw up.
That was one of the things he REALLY wished deeply he could forget.
