Wukong happily shoved a whole pancake covered in maple syrup and peach slices into his mouth, tail wagging behind him.
Macaque, who was the one who made the pancakes, on the other hand, stared at his mate in both annoyance and disgust at the way he was eating.
His own pancakes, covered in cream and plum slices, sat half eaten as the sight of Wukong's eating momentarily chased away his own hunger.
Macaque: Wukong...please eat normally.
Wukong looked up at him wide eyes blinking and cheeks stuffed like a chipmunk.
Wukong went to open his mouth to speak, but one narrow-eyed look from Macaque had him quickly closing his mouth and swallowing the pancake before trying again.
Wukong: But I am eating normally?
Macaque gave him a blank look as they stared at each other for a few seconds before he sighed and stabbed his fork into a piece of pancake.
Macaque: Whatever.
He popped the piece of cream & plum slice-covered pancake in his mouth just as that damned floating screen popped into existence next to the table.
Both simians quickly read the question.
Macaque blinked, and Wukong snarled.
Wukong: If anyone DARES to take MY mate, I'd skin the perpetrator alive whilst torturing them with their worst fear!
Macaque couldn't stop the small blush from his cheeks even if he wanted to.
Macaque: 'Why was that so hot?'
