Akashi Seijuurou: Hands

"This place is huge!"

There was a grand ball held at the Akashi Manor of Rakuzan and you were invited. You can't help but admire the place. You escaped the party and walked towards their garden. Though it was dim, you can see the all the flowers through the moon. It was such a sight. Blue and red rose covered the garden even some daisies can be found. You sat at one of their benches and just rested there. You failed to notice a certain prince come your way.

"What are you doing here may I ask?"
"Huh?" You looked behind you and saw Prince Seijuurou.

"Prince Seijuurou!? I-I'm just admiring your garden. I couldn't help but admire how all these flowers were bloomed conspicuously."

"My deceased mother was the one who planted them all."

"Really? Then she's an amazing woman then."
"She was."
"Was?"
"She died when I was just a kid."
"I'm sorry to hear that."
"It's okay. I'm sure she's somewhere where she could be happy."

You continued to look at the garden.

=AKASHI'S POV=

I was walking down the garden to escape the party when I saw a lady sitting in the bench outside. She was smiling throughout and I couldn't help but ask why she's here.

I learned that she was attracted to our garden. Her blond hair blew along the wind and her blue eyes glimmered as she looked at it. With just that, I finally realize that I was in love. Ridiculous, yes, but she's very different from the others.

"Ah! T-Time! I-I must be going now. It's nice to meet you here Prince Seijuurou."
"Wait! May I ask for your name?"
"Eh? (First name). (First name) Caeline. I'll see you sometime."

With that, she ran off. I wish I could meet her again. Wait. I could just look for her.

"I'm home father, mother."
"Welcome home (First name). How was the party?"
"It was suffocating inside so I went to their garden and admired theirs. It was amazing mother."
"It must have been."
"(First name). There were letters for you earlier but I guess you forgot them."
"Eh? Those are just marriage proposals father. I can't marry. I'm still 18 for goodness sake."
"It's an ideal age but I respect your wish."
"I want to fall in love like you and mother, father. I want to meet the right one."
"I see. Now that reminds me on how I met your mother. It was during a party held at our manor."
"Really father!? Then you and mother must have really been destined to be together."
"Hahahaha! You'll meet that person also (First name)."
"Mm."

••The next day••

Like your usual routine, you would go to the town and just roam around. You greet the townsfolk as they smile at you.

"Hello Lady (First name)."
"Hey there Mr. Chris."
"It's a nice day today so have some of this fresh apples. It's for free."
"Oh but I just can't accept it. I'll just buy it instead. Thanks Mr. Chris."
"You're always welcome milady."

You smiled at him and continued walking. While walking down the road, you noticed the very familiar red mob of hair but he looked very different from the last time.

'Is that Prince Seijuurou?'

You walked to him and tapped his shoulder. You were right! It was really him. You were puzzled as to why he's here.

"Prince Seijuurou?"
"Lady (First name)."
"It's nice to see you again but may I ask why you're here?"
"I wanted to know what it feels like to live like my people."
"I see." You were still unconvinced since he could just do that in his country. You just shrugged it off and offered to give him a tour.
