Shreya's POV

Currently, I'm sitting in front of the mirror adoring the bangles in my hand that Rana Sa made me wear, my heart just swelled at the love Rana Sa has for me. Today, I'm wearing a pearl white lehenga with a touch of golden in it.

Just as I came out of the shower to put on a red saree I saw this beautiful lehenga taken out of the wardrobe, hanging. I was sure it was Rana Sa who had put out this beautiful pearl white dress and I was right.

"Why are you smiling like this, Rani Sa." I turned around to see my handsome husband all ready for Holi in a white kurta.

"You have adorned my hands with such beautiful bangles Rana Sa, I'm just smiling at them." I breathed out with a soft smile gazing on my lips while my eyes gazed at the bangles with love and admiration in them and my finger pad tracing all the designs on the bangle.

The bangles, resplendent in their golden hue, gleamed with intricate craftsmanship. Nestled within were small, sparkling diamonds and vibrant emeralds, each adding a touch of radiance to the adornments. The patterns etched upon them were a testament to skilled artistry, exuding elegance and grace.

In one motif, a bride and groom stood intertwined, clasping a delicate floral garland in their hands, symbolizing the blossoming of their union. Another depicted the couple seated before a flickering fire, solemnly performing the sacred rituals that bound them in matrimony.

The third design captured the anticipation of new beginnings, with the groom astride a majestic horse, and the bride ensconced within the opulent confines of a palanquin. It portrayed the momentous journey ahead, as they embarked on the path of togetherness, ready to create a tapestry of shared dreams and experiences in their new home.

He stood in front of me and pulled me by my waist. Our chest collided due to his forceful pull and he put his face on the cork on my neck to breathe me.

"Rani Sa, your smile is incredibly special to me. I hope you understand that I feel possessive because of how much you mean to me. It's hard for me to see that beautiful smile directed at anyone else." he rasped, trailing his nose painfully on my neck leaving me breathless and needy at the same time.

Needy for what?

I don't know and I don't even want to know when I have My Rana Sa this close to me.

"Every.....one is waiting for us." I stuttered.

"And I'm waiting for you." he breathed on my neck, still trailing his nose on my neck.

This is torture, pure torture.

And why is he waiting for me? I'm already here with him.

"What do you mean?" I asked, not understanding the hidden meaning behind his words.

"Nothing,"

"Let's go." he sighed.

Is something going on that I'm not aware of?

I'm confused.

Hand in hand, we both descended the stairs.

We both entered the puja ghar while all the members stood inside the puja ghar waiting for us.

It's Holi.

The festival of colors and love.

I scanned the room, my eyes drifting over everyone until they settled on the additional members of the palace.

Yesterday was Holika Dahan and Shewta Rajvansh, Bua Sa, joined us with her daughter, Myra Rajvansh and Abhijay Rajvansh, the son of her sister-in-law. I don't know but I just don't get good feelings from them.
