May 12th, 2017:

I woke up on the floor some of my hair wet from tears stuck to my face. My eyes were undoubtedly red and puffy. I sit up angrily. Why did I let myself overreact like that? It was just like all the other rumours and scandals I'd faced and recently I'd coped surprisingly well. Why did this affect me so much more? Was it really just a compounding of effects or was this touchier for me? I couldn't think why though.

I stand up and check my phone for the time. There were texts from my sister asking how I was holding up, Eunha telling me to keep my chin up, and several from the group and managers and only group group chat about what looked like schedules, concert stuff, and the BBMAs. I dismissed the texts and groaned at how early it was but I had no eagerness to go back to sleep and potentially fall into the nightmares that so often came when I was in these moods.

The gym opened in half an hour, so I decided to get changed and ready for another morning workout.

--------------------------

An hour and a half had passed since I'd been in the gym working out to the max, trying to get out all of my pent-up anger and emotions. Another man had come in about half an hour ago, but he had kept pretty much to himself, only nodding his head hello as he walked in. My solitary workout soon ended when the man from yesterday walked in.

"Oh my, am I a lucky man," he beamed when he saw me as I was doing my lunges.

"Hi," I nod his way, trying to once again show I wasn't interested.

"Fate must have wanted us to meet again," he smiles, starting to stretch.

"I usually work out in the morning," I state, implying this wasn't fate but just my routine.

The guy that had been in here before snickers slightly before putting on a straight face when the flirty man shoots him a look. We all worked out on our own for a bit before flirty man came over to me once again. I had switched to a weight workout machine.

"Need help with that?" he asked as I made the weights heavier.

"No, I'm fine thanks," I say, not looking at him.

"Look, I'm going to be straight with you. I'm only in town a couple more days and I don't think we should pass this up. I can care and pamper you," he said, going to put his hand on my thigh but I stood up away from him, "I can feel that we're really quite compatible. Let me take you out to dinner tonight. You won't regret it".

"I'm sorry but I've already told you, I'm not interested," I state plainly so he couldn't miss the message.

The man went to open his mouth when the one that had been working out alone away from us stepped forward.

"Come on man, she said she wasn't interested," he says putting down his weights and moving towards us, "leave it be".

"No don't worry, this is how they like to play it," the flirty man says, brushing him off and winking at me, "I know how this game goes".
