DEAL OR NO DEAL?

"I cant," I said as Berkshire was kissing my shoulder hovered above me.

 He sat up quickly,"Are you okay?" he asked giving me a blanket

"I'm sorry I can't," I said nearly in tears

"Youre not over Weasley. Are you?" asked Riddle as I covered up 

"No," I breathed 

Riddle and Berkshire sat up and in front of me while I sat on Riddles bed,"Don't cry. We would never push you or anyone to do anything you are not comfortable with," said Riddle wiping my tears. 

I looked at their left arms seeing death eater marks. My breath hitched,"Whats wrong?" asked Riddle worried

"Your arm," I pointed to his arm

"Shit," he mumbled trying to grab his shirt

"Wait," I told them,"The secert safe with me. Do you want to be death eaters? Or are you being forced?"

"Forced," said Berkshire

I noticed cut marks all over his mark like he wanted to get rid of it. I grabbed his arm and held his wrist as he tried to pull away,"Is...Is Draco..." My heart broke thinking that my little cousin might be a death Eater.

Riddle and Berkshire looked at each other.

"Yes," said Riddle

"Do you guys have my Dad?" I asked my voice rising with anger

"That's what Draco is writing about," said Berkshire

"Is the reason you started getting after me at the beginning of the year because Voldemort," they flinched at the name"is after me?"

"Yes and no," said Riddle,"Father wants you on the Death Eater side because of your powers," he took a deep breathe,"He wants to know everything that's going on with Potter,"

"Lets make a deal," I said standing up still covering myself with the blanket

Both of them went to the edge of the bed getting their boxers on. 

"What?" asked Riddle while i got dressed

"Answer me truthfully real quick," I said,"I know when someone is lieing," 

"What?" asked Berkshire pulling on his shirt 

"Are you on Harrys or Voldemorts side if there is a full on war?" I asked

"Harrys but for the protection of our mother we are on my Fathers side. We would fight alongside Harry if anything does happen like that," said Riddle. I could tell there was complete honesty from him

RIDDLES POV

I told the honest truth. I want to protect mine and Enzos mum from my Father. But if a real war does come out and play I will fight along with Harry. My only soft spots are for my mother, Enzo and his father; my adopted father. 

"Dumbledore wants inside information from your group and Voldemort wants information on my group. Lets share each others secrets," Y/n suggested,"Since both Voldemort and Dumbledore wants us to basically be in a relationship; we fake it," she glared raising her eyebrows as she placed her flannel on

I turned to my brother,"Honestly this could work. We tell him everything thats going on with the gryffindor but not everything like change it up. We tell her everything thats going on with the Death Eaters and not change it," I whispered to him

"But what about Malfoys thing?" he whispered

"I think Snape already told Dumbledore," I whispered 

"Okay," 

"So? Deal or No Deal?" Y/n asked smirking 

"Deal," we said in unison

"But you fake dating me," I smirked

"Fine but I have rules. No touching me without my permission and no PDA I am really not into that," She explained 

"Fine but I can take you on dates," I countered

"No feelings," she said 

"Deal," I nodded

"I will see you tommorow then," I nodded 

"Oh. We have a death eater meeting tommorow so the day after that," said Enzo

"Thats my birthday," she said simply,"Wednesday?"

"Perfect," I nodded

Y/n Pov

I walked out of the dorm feeling both releaved. Honestly I heard every single thing Riddle whispered to his brother. Honestly when I want to I have the hearing of a wolf. I knew that they were on our side for everything. I just wondered what Dracos task is. 

I walked into the Gryffindor common room expecting to see Katie and Leanne talking on the couch when I remember what happened to Katie and my heart sunk. 

"Only a month left until you can see her at the Hospital," I mumbled walking to Harry and the others. "Hey bro," I nodded

"Hey Y/n," Harry said hugging me,'You okay?" he asked

"No. I am worried about Katie but I have good news. I'm in good with the Slytherins now and will soon have Voldemorts secerts," I whispered,"I will explain everything later. I want Leanne," 

"She is in your dorm," said Hermione

I nodded and headed upstairs; I found Leanne sitting on Katies bed under the covers. I walked over to her and climbed in beside her. She turned around to me,"I still can't believe shes been injured," she wrapped her arm around my shoulder,

"I know," I mumbled into her neck,"But Katie would want us to remain strong," 

She nodded. We eventually fell asleep that night in Katies bed missing our best friend. 

The Next Day/ Riddles POV

Snape had snuck Enzo, Malfoy, Nott, Zabini, and I to the Death Eater meeting. I sat beside my father on his right bored twirling my wand not really paying attention to his nonsense. 

"And you my son," growled Father. I looked up glaring into his red eyes,"How is it going with the girl?" 

"Great father. She has trusted me enough for us to start dating. I have yet to get any information about Potter yet," I said cooly 

"When is Potters 17th birthday?" said Father looking down the table

"July 31st," said Snape 

"We will be going to his aunts house the day the spell breaks for his stupid mudblood mothers love," he sneered 

I noted to tell Y/n that with the gift I got her for her birthday.

I smiled at Riddle as he handed me a small gift,"You didnt have to," I told him opening the gift

"Well your my girl fake or not," he said lowly 

It was a necklace with a rose on it,"Help me put it on?" I asked

He nodded and I turned around. I moved my hair to the side and he clipped it on. I turned back around and he kissed my cheek,"Protect Harry before his birthday. Get him out of his aunts house. Oh and they dont have your dad. They have never had him," he whispered into my ear,"See you later darling,"

"Bye Matty," I waved,"Thanks," I smiled backing away to Leanne

I needed to pass this information to Dumbledore ASAP. My Dad is safe but why did Dumbledore say he wasnt.
