The Tragic Night

NAINA'S POV

I sighed looking at the mirror in rest room.

"You'll pass it Naina. It's just an ex" I muttered to myself but then sighed.

"But she isn't just an ex" I mumbled

"Exactly sweetheart. She's the only ex" A voice came and I turned to look at.. Well the ex!!

"Hey. I'm Disha" She introduced but then smirked

"You must know. I'm not a thing to forget" She added

"Why you're hyping yourself" I asked folding my arms across chest.

"Babe, it's not hyping. It's stating truth. Who were you by the way" She questioned

"Oh.. Naina. Ex of my boyfriend" She mocked and I raised my brow.

"Do one thing. Speak to yourself sitting here in rest room. I'm not as much free as you're" I said

"And moreover, I don't jump on my Fiance's money like you" I added and her face paled.

"Fia.. What" She asked and I chuckled

"Your Boyfriend didn't give you whole information honey. " I tapped her shoulder and she glared me.

"Don't you dare " She warned and I chuckled

"What you thought Disha that you'll come here, say two three things and I'll just pay heed to it? " I asked

"Oh you will because you don't even know what's coming up next to you" She said

"Keep these threats to yourself Disha. And I very well know that you and Sahil are not together" I told irritated and she smirked

"Okay Naina. Don't believe me. But you know what? As simple as it is to that I and Sahil are not together, it's also simple that we both don't want you both to be together. This happiness, I'm jealous of you. I don't like the way Arjun looks at you. It's so much more then he had ever looked at me." She angrily spoke

"Are you even listening to yourself" I asked shocked

"I am Naina. I knew I made a mistake the time I and Arjun were together. But I was young. He could've just let go that one mistake but he didn't. If he would've just let go that small mistake I did, I would've been here on your place." She gritted

"Small mistake? You fucking slept with someone else! You cheated. And do you even know what it made out of this man? How can you be such a bitch" I yelled at her

"You bitch " She raged as she raised her hand when I held that

"Don't you dare Disha. You knew the Arjun who left quietly when he didn't like something you did. I know the Arjun who can burn hell on this Earth he don't like something. And trust me, he won't like what you're doing" I said very calmly but she got the message as her hand went down.

"Be Aware of what you both puppets are messing up with. It's Arjun Singhania. Not just High school Arjun" I warned when she looked at me but gritting her teeth just left from there.

I sighed taking a deep breath and closed my eyes just to notice tears leaving them.

Wiping them, I left from there connecting to Jiya.

"How's work going on" I asked

"Everything under control ma'am. You're free to enjoy" She said

"Thank you Jiya. I'm relaying on you" I told

"110%" She assured and I cut the call.

As I went, I looked Arjun's family already there.

I went there and wished everyone while taking blessings of daadi.
