I Like You Naina!

NAINA'S POV

As I opened the door of the room, I threw my heels in corner and slumped on the bed.

I was tired as hell and my feet were aching due to heels!

As I was about to go to change, my phone rang.

Singhania !

"What happened?" I asked as I picked.

"Come to the pool side" he said 

"Now? Why! It's 2 am almost" I told

"Naina please! Just come" he whispered 

"Okay! Let me change atleast" I said 

"No! Just come" he denied like a kid.

"Fine" I mumbled and cutting the all, I went out taking my hoodie.

Of course I ditched the heels!

As I reached pool side I saw Arjun sitting beside pool with his legs in water.

I went and sat beside him doing the same.

"Water is damn cold" I mumbled

"Mhm hm! It's February " He said and I hummed.

"What happened to you?" I asked 

"Nothing. Just wanted to talk to you" He told and I raised my brow.

"Okay !So where's beer?" I asked and he looked at me shocked.

"Relax Arjun! I was just kidding" I told 

"I can bring if you say! " he smirked

"No thanks. You know I don't drink " I muttered and he nodded.

"Um, did you talk to..Ananya?" I asked and he looked at me.

"No! Why would I need anyone else! I've you" He said and I chuckled

"Yeah yeah! You've me. One & only" I dramatically spoke

"Actually yes! I've you! One & only" He repeated 

"You should be proud huh, I mean girls come and go in your life. I'm such a constant person" I bluffed 

"Yes Naina! This is truth! Like you're the constant one" He again repeated 

"Arjun! What's with you! You're repeating my words" I snapped

"I'm stating what's truth! I mean see! Since start everyone came & went away! You, stayed! " He said 

"Oh, though it's just six months but I'm always going to stay! And don't worry, even if your "the one" doesn't come" I joked 

"Naina, I don't think I've anyone named 'The one'. Because you're there you see! The One" he said and I looked at him.

And it's now I realized, he was damn serious for everything he was speaking.

"Arjun, let's not complicate things " I said

"Naina...I kissed your forehead, almost kissed your temple. Didn't you get it why? Can it be more complicated? " He asked 

"Umm...I...I don't want to go there" I muttered

"Naina! I'm not joking about anything. You know this is truth! People come and go! You, stayed ! And now if I think about it all, as you say destiny...Then why didn't anyone stay. Why I ain't still married because it wanted you to stay! And I feel, You're not just my best friend. I mean indeed you're but not just that! You're more then that for me" He confessed and I looked at him.
